🗑️ Delete Your Account

In-App Deletion

You can delete your account directly from the Astrae app:

  1. Open Astrae
  2. Go to the Profile tab
  3. Scroll down to Danger Zone
  4. Tap "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm the deletion

This will permanently delete your account, birth chart, conversation history, and all associated data.

Request via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

Send an email to support@astrae.dev with the subject "Delete My Account" and include the email address associated with your Astrae account.

We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm once your data has been deleted.

What Gets Deleted

  1. Your profile and birth chart data
  2. All conversation history and readings
  3. Token balance and transaction history
  4. Gamification progress (energy, streaks, missions)
  5. Push notification preferences

Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through your payment provider before deleting your account.
